Doors Open TO 2026 | TSA Paper City

This Doors Open weekend (May 23-24), be the architect, landscape architect or urban planner of your very own paper creation as part of Toronto Society of Architects’ Paper City, a special family program as part of Doors Open Toronto 2026.

When visiting the UofT Daniels Building—home to the faculty of architecture, landscape architecture, and design—swing by the Student Commons where you and your kids can test your architectural skills and creativity by building a piece of our 2026 Paper City. The activity will include diverse printed templates for families to cut, colour, and fold together to create your own unique structures. From soaring skyscrapers to domed libraries–or perhaps even a park or public square–the only limit is your imagination! And should you run into any difficulties, our TSA Volunteers will be on hand to help you craft your architectural masterpiece.

Once complete, add your building to our folded metropolis and watch Paper City grow!
