TSA Gingerbread City 2023: Meet the Makers

Have you ever admired gingerbread architecture and wondered how those fantastical cookie buildings were built? Looking for inspiration and tips for your next gingerbread endeavour? Well now is your chance to have your questions answered by those behind these amazing edible creations!

For the first time ever, as part of TSA Gingerbread City 2023, we will be hosting Meet the Makers, a drop-in event with some of the talented gingerbread architects behind this year’s showcase. Come meet the people behind the builds and learn about their gingerbread making process. We’ll have several gingerbread creations on display, and we will even be testing out the laser cutter on some takeaway gingerbread treats.

This is a fun, casual event meant for the whole family to enjoy. So come say hi at our final event for 2023!
