Building More Than Buildings: Lessons from Architects Who Made Canada Home

An evening with three architects on career journeys, lessons learned, and finding home in Canada — celebrating five years of SOSA Canada.

Join SOSA Canada at WZMH Architects for an evening of conversation with three architects about their professional journeys, the lessons they’ve learned, and the experiences that have shaped their sense of home.

Careers are shaped by more than the projects on a résumé. They grow through relationships, decisions, moments of uncertainty, and opportunities that open new doors. This conversation invites us to hear the stories behind those moments and reflect on what they can teach us about our own paths.

Bringing perspectives from different stages and roles within practice, speakers will explore career growth, finding your footing in Canada, and the connections that help turn a new place into home.
