Kurtis is an Intern Architect working towards licensure with a keen interest in sustainability. Prior to pursuing architecture, he founded an award-winning content agency where he led film productions, nationwide advertising campaigns, and brand identity overhauls.
Committed to making the architecture industry more welcoming to all, Kurtis first volunteered with the TSA back in 2019 when he co-lead our very first TSA Pride—an initiative he continues to champion to this day. His involvement has since expanded to include work in other initiatives, including our walking tours and the delivery of virtual content, from videography for our Home Tours to photography for the Year of Public Art. Kurtis became a member of the TSA Executive in 2021.
I volunteer with the TSA because I love getting people excited and interested in making our city. The TSA feels inclusive to all, not just capital ‘A’ architects, and I think that really matters.
