TSA Technical Series: Professional Liability Insurance for Architects

Always wanted to know more about professional liability insurance but were certain you’d be bored? While insurance is a mandatory part of practice, we know your expertise is actually in buildings, so we worked with Pro-Demnity to put together this helpful refresher just for you! 

This 1-hour virtual lecture with Andrea LaLonde of Pro-Demnity will outline the basics and provide a fresh, straightforward, and informational perspective on professional liability insurance (PLI) and help you understand the protections it offers from allegations of errors, omissions, or negligence. While this session is open to everyone, it will be most helpful for:

• Architects planning or thinking about starting up their own Practice in the future.
• Principals / lead architects of a Certificate of Practice who want a PLI refresher.
• Employees of an architectural practice who want to help their firm manage risk.
