TSA Technical Series: Intentional Leadership through MetaVisioning
Leadership is not a position, it’s a decision. Leaders operate at all levels in an organization—sometimes unrecognized by others, and even ourselves, as we are not always aware of the profound impact and influence we have on those around us. Leadership is one of the most vital ways we connect and communicate with others, applying to all situations and relationships in our life. Intentional leadership begins with recognizing this influence and envisioning where we want it to take us.
Join us for this unique participatory webinar with Jennifer La Trobe and Tim Casswell of CreativeConnection, as we explore how to become intentional leaders in our teams, offices and organizations by taking a step back and seeing the big picture through MetaVisioning. This process is based on acknowledging our dreads, fears, delights, optimism, and dreams to form consensus and a joint vision within a team. Following a participatory exercise prior to the session, we will then virtually meet to reflect on the threads, themes and key points revealed through the exercise and talk about the significance of MetaVisioning and its practical applications for leadership. The ultimate goal is to equip you with a new tool to become a more intentional leader and be more aware of your impact and influence on those around you.
