Survey: BuildHER Future – Newcomer Women in Construction

BuildHER Future will support internationally educated professional women with technical, engineering, architecture, project management, and skilled trades backgrounds to enter Ontario’s construction industry. Kindred Purpose Consultants is gathering input so the project reflects the realities of Ontario’s training ecosystem, unions, academic programs, employers, and newcomer women.

The survey is voluntary anonymous, available in English and French, takes about 15–25 minutes, and does not ask for names or identifying information. All responses will be summarized and not linked to any individual or organization.
