Student Competition: Retrofit of an Existing Institutional Building

The 2025 Student Retrofit Competition, launching February 3, challenges students to redesign the enclosure of a 40+ year-old institutional building on their university campus. Participants will enhance thermal performance, energy efficiency, and aesthetics while maintaining the building’s original functions. The competition involves performance analysis, design proposals, and a 10-minute video presentation outlining solutions.
