Meet the OAA 2024
Are you, or someone you know, an intern architect or an architectural student? Then you need to know more about the Ontario Association of Architects and its role in how you may eventually be licensed in Ontario—especially with some of the rules changing this January. In this special, live webinar, you will get a chance to learn more about the OAA’s regulatory responsibilities and the path to practising architecture. Members of the OAA’s governing Council, Association staff, working architects, and other interns will explore topics that include what the OAA does, the benefits of free student membership, the various pathways of becoming an architect, finding a supportive mentor, upcoming licensing changes, opportunities with Local Societies across Ontario, and additional ways to get involved with the Association. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and access resources for further information.
This live webinar is free, but attendance is limited. Register now to join! Share this invite with anyone you know who might be interested—you do not need to hold OAA status to attend.
Please note: this information session is meant to target those on the path to becoming licensed as architects. It does not qualify for the OAA’s Continuing Education Program for members.
