Call for Submissions: Prix de Rome in Architecture — Emerging Practitioners

The Prix de Rome in Architecture – Emerging Practitioners is awarded to a recent graduate of a school of architecture in Canada who demonstrates exceptional potential in architectural design. The prize encourages the recipient to broaden their knowledge of contemporary architecture by visiting a selection of works of architecture abroad and to expand their professional skills through an internship of their choosing at an architectural firm outside of Canada.

You can apply for a program of work and travel abroad. You can propose multiple destinations over a period not exceeding 1 year, and it must include an internship outside of Canada that you organize. Be mindful that taking multiple trips is less environmentally friendly. Upon returning to Canada, you must share your experience through a public conference, a publication, and/or an exhibition.
