Building Performance Standards Webinar

The 2030 Districts Network is organizing an educational webinar which will take an in-depth look at Building Performance Standards on April 16th. As more jurisdictions pass standards or are exploring doing so, this will have a profound impact on real estate assets and decarbonization efforts. We have assembled a panel of experts to discuss the topic and explore both the genesis of the idea and the implications.

Speakers

  • Kim Cheslak, Senior Technical Advisor, Building Energy Codes Program, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory
  • Marshall Duer-Balkind, Director of Policy Programs, Institute for Market Transformation
  • Emily Salzburg, Managing Director Building Standards and Performance, State of Washington
  • Devin Stoops, Senior Engineer, Public Energy Initiatives, Existing Buildings, City of Toronto.

2 continuing education credits are available using a certificate of attendance for self-reporting for Professional Engineers, USGBC, and other eligible self-reporting accreditation bodies.
