Brutalist Toronto: The Walking Tour

Join us for an engaging Walking Tour led by architect Alex Josephson, inspired by Jen Aitken’s brutalist sculptures!

On Wednesday, August 30, we invite visitors to join Brutalist Toronto: The Walking Tour, a fun and engaging tour led by award-winning architect Alex Josephson! Together we will start with the tour of Jen Aitken’s exhibition The Same Thing Looks Different, and after, take off for a walk from The Power Plant building to St. Andrew’s station. Josephson will draw connections between the brutalist architecture of Toronto’s landscape and the geometric forms of Aitken’s concrete statues.
