ACO NextGen Design Charrette 2025

You’re invited to join the 2025 ACO NextGen Design Charette, a two-day event graciously supported by ERA Architects.

On Friday evening, October 3, 2025, you are invited to attend ERA’s Toronto the Good Party at the historic Old City Hall with the NextGen crew. Then, on Saturday, October 4, 2025 join them at the ERA Office (625 Church Street, Toronto) for the Design Charette where you will strategize with peers on the adaptive reuse of Old City Hall. The event will take place from approximately 10:30 am to 3:00 pm, and will also include a catered lunch and refreshments.

For the 11th year, ACO NextGen is hosting a design charette for students and emerging professionals in fields related to conservation and city-building including architecture, urban design, planning, landscape architecture, environment studies, built history, art history, and heritage conservation. The charette is intended to encourage creative thinking, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and provide networking opportunities with esteemed speakers and panelists (to be announced).
