2024 Interior Design Show – Registration Now Open

Celebrating the 25th edition of being Canada’s premier design showcase, the globally renowned event will take place on January 18 – 21, 2024 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, making its much-anticipated return to the North Building.

IDS Toronto, presented by Miele, provides a forum to discuss the latest issues in the industry, as well as a look forward at how the innovations of today will tackle problems and create solutions for the future.

Bigger, Bolder, Better

In its 25th edition, IDS rebrands itself for the 2024 show onwards to celebrate its Canadian roots and growing international recognition. To symbolize its role in representing Canadian design, the new main IDS colours are red and white.

The freshly crafted logo arranges the typography of ‘The Interior Design Show’ so that details click into place within a grid format, giving an overall sense of formal harmony and purpose. The use of bold typography reflects the show’s strong ambitions. For the new visuals, the acronym ‘IDS’ is highlighted by playfully picking the letters out of design-related statements and word-patterns. The new design expresses how ideas are embedded within the show’s DNA.

The new identity was developed by Toronto-based design studio Sali Tabacchi, who said, “It has been great developing the identity of IDS, which is such an important event for the design industry. We have worked on the brand for more than 10 years, and it was time to update it to reflect the show’s growing international reputation. The new IDS brand is more confident and bolder, with a clean, strong design.”
