Are you a current volunteer looking to take on a more active role in the TSA? Want to be part of the leadership team that shapes our initiatives and programming? The Toronto Society of Architects is looking for new Initiative Leads to oversee and support the development of the Society’s diverse roster of annual programming in five key areas.
What is an Initiative Lead?
Initiative Leads are the volunteers responsible for the oversight and high-level execution of the TSA’s many initiatives and programs. TSA Initiative Leads work closely with staff and other volunteers to ensure events are successful, by setting the overall direction of the initiative and ensuring it stays in line with our mission and budget. Leads act as a liaison between the TSA and community/industry representatives and are overall ambassadors for their program and the TSA in general.
Initiative Leads are also eligible to join the TSA Executive, the group responsible for the overall oversight and governance of the Society.

Am I eligible to apply?
These calls for Initiative Leads are open to all past volunteers with at least one year of experience volunteering in some capacity with the TSA. This could include a direct volunteering role, frequent participation as a featured guest or speaker, or other meaningful participation with the TSA. Experience does not have to be within the last calendar year, but we are looking for familiarity with the TSA’s current offerings and programming.
