CVU Canada Forum 2026 | BUILD/UP: Housing Affordability Through Vertical Growth

CVU Canada’s 2026 Forum is BUILD/UP: Housing Affordability Through Vertical Growth, which will bring architects, planners, developers, policy-makers and finance leaders together for one focused day on the most urgent question in our cities: how do we actually deliver housing people can afford?

The program is split into two tracks: Design to Delivery and Finance & Policy. Attendees will enjoy two morning plenaries with keynote speakers and multidisciplinary panels on both topics. In the afternoon, interactive workshop sessions will break out into deeper explorations of both tracks. The day will conclude with a networking reception at the Aperture Room, the premier event space of John Lyle’s Thornton-Smith building.
