Film Screening: The Tower That Built a City
See the story of Toronto projected onto the landmark that helped shape it.
As part of the CN Tower’s 50th anniversary celebrations, join in for a free public screening of The Tower That Built a City, the acclaimed documentary by filmmaker Mark Myers. Through archival footage and new interviews, the film explores how the CN Tower helped shape Toronto’s skyline, identity and cultural evolution over the past five decades.
For this special outdoor presentation, the documentary will be projected directly onto the concrete legs of the CN Tower, transforming CN Tower Square into a uniquely Toronto outdoor cinema experience. Guests can also enjoy complimentary popcorn and beverages provided by Coca-Cola during the screening.
Please note that this event is weather permitting. Seating and viewing space are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.
