Call for Volunteers: OAA Committees 2027

Volunteers are important to the work of the OAA, with a diversity of voices, opinions, skills, and knowledge critical to the decision-making process. Until October 16, 2026, the Association is welcoming applications for seven committees with vacancies beginning in January 2027.

Communications and Public Education Committee (CPEC)

• Open to: Architects and Licensed Technologists
• Submission requirements: Indication of Interest form and current CV

Complaints Committee 

• Open to: OAA members
• Term: 3 Years
• Submission requirements: Indication of Interest form and current CV. Several years of experience in a broad range of architectural activities is ideal.

Discipline Committee

• Open to: OAA members with 10 or more years of experience in the practice of architecture.
• Term: 3 Years
• Submission requirements: Indication of Interest form and current CV

Experience Requirements Committee (ERC)

• Open to: OAA Architects
• Term: 3 Years
• Submission requirements: Indication of Interest form and current CV. Several years of practice experience in a broad range of architectural activities is ideal.

Policy Advisory Coordination Team (PACT) 

• Open to: Architects, Licensed Technologists, Intern Architects, and Intern Technologists

Practice Resource Committee (PRC)

• Open to: OAA licensed members
