2025 RAIC Conference on Architecture Call for Proposals
The Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) invites proposals for continuing education sessions, architectural tours and special events for the RAIC 2025 Conference on Architecture —taking place June 1 to 4, 2025 in-person at the Hotel Bonaventure Montréal in Montréal, PQ.
The deadline for submissions is September 6, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. PT
This event will also have a post-event, on-demand component for continuing education sessions. The on-demand component will be available to all-access / premier pass, 4-day and day pass holders and available for purchase for those who are unable to attend in-person.
The program calls for high-quality learning opportunities that include interactive content, innovative ideas, and engaging discussions. Participants at all career levels are expected to take away insights, inspiration, and ideas for practical application.
The RAIC 2025 Conference on Architecture will features eight (8) themes including:
- Climate Justice and Resilience, Sustainability, Adaptation and Mitigation
- Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Social Justice
- Indigenous-Led Architecture and Design
- Health, Safety, and Accessibility
- History, Heritage and Culture
- Housing, Planning and Urbanism
- Innovation in Materials, Technology and Construction
- The Practice and Business of Architecture
Timeline
- Call for Proposal opens – June 19, 2024
- Call for Proposal closes – September 6, 2024 (5:00pm PT)
- Final Proposals Acceptance Notification – October 1, 2024
- RAIC 2024 Conference on Architecture – June 1-4, 2025
