“TURN YOUR DESIGN PRACTICE INTO A THRIVING BUSINESS IN 3 EASY STEPS” is an interactive full day workshop designed for Architects, Interior Designers and Engineers who own small to mid size practices in urban areas. The Attendees will work on their marketing strategy for 2020 and will get the a chance to have an in-depth look at the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) of their practice.

They will then use the SWOT Analysis as a tool to craft a marketing strategy and plan to get a clear idea of their Ideal Client and how to use the marketing principles of Visibility, Credibility and Differentiation to reach them. They will also take away 6 ConEd points.
