Improving accessibility is a continual process and a critical component in building an inclusive society. The seminar will also explore the application of key OBC provisions to smaller-scale retail, restaurant, and heritage-designated buildings.

Nancy Smith, OAA is an Associate and Accessibility Consultant at LRI Engineering Inc.
