This seminar will be a discussion about strategies for delivering small scale design build projects by designer led teams.  The discussion will present an overview of the various issues to be considered when undertaking design build projects as a designer and as a builder.  Topics include; design management, design practice management, client management, project management, construction management, budget management, and other professional and business issues and strategies.  The discussion will explore the importance of the interrelationships between these topics. Taken together, the seminar will offer a roadmap for running successful design build projects.

Brad Netkin graduated from UBC School of Architecture in 1995. He has been working in the design and construction industries since 1985. In 2003, Netkin became a licensed architect in the Province of Ontario.
