On May 31, EnerQuality is hosting a one-day session on Part 3 Large Building Air Tightness. The curriculum for the day will include the technical requirements of the Toronto Green Standard Version 3 and the new ENERGY STAR Multifamily program.

As you know, high performance air barriers and low infiltration rates are essential for ensuring healthy, comfortable, durable and efficient buildings and enclosure systems. Students will hear about the different types of testing (Individual suite, whole building and guarded zone), common test metrics and how to interpret them, test standards and protocols, challenges in building preparation for testing, and more.

The instructors are Gord Cooke and Rob Johnson of Building Knowledge.
