Chris Jofeh is Arup’s global buildings retrofit leader and is based in Cardiff, Wales.

A civil and structural engineer, Chris has been responsible for leading multidisciplinary design teams on a wide range of projects at home and abroad. In recent years he has been particularly involved in helping building owners and investors optimize building retrofits to enhance value, minimize risk and reduce GHG emissions.
