Government of Canada | Export Support for Canada’s Creative Industries: Survey
Survey closes August 19, 2021.
The Department of Canadian Heritage and Global Affairs Canada are seeking your views on how to strengthen export support to Canada’s creative industries!
The Government of Canada’s current mechanism for supporting creative exports, the Creative Export Strategy, is set to expire in March 2023. In this context, input is being sought from businesses and organizations operating in the creative sector in Canada (e.g., audiovisual and interactive media, fashion and design, performing arts and music, publishing, visual arts), and those who may have an interest in this area.
Your feedback will help the Department of Canadian Heritage and Global Affairs Canada better understand the challenges faced by Canadian creative businesses in their export journey and allow policymakers to tailor the suite of available programs and services accordingly.
Participation in this survey is voluntary and confidential. Survey results will be used by the Department of Canadian Heritage and Global Affairs Canada to inform the design of programs and services offered in a renewed Creative Export Strategy, and for the purposes of preparing a report on the feedback received through this survey. The report will be posted on the Canadian Heritage website later this fall. Comments included in the report will not be attributed to any respondents.
There are 22 questions, and the survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The survey will be available from July 15 to August 19, 2021.
