This talk features concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion with industry-specific research into a presentation that aims to support LGTBQ2S+ colleagues and more inclusive workplace cultures for all.

Apart from being an educational event, this is also an initiative to support a more inclusive, equitable industry for all. A portion of each registration will be donated to industry-serving groups that support diversity in the industry of architecture, consulting engineering and design professions.
