This month, BEAT welcomes Helena Grdadolnik, Director of Urban Design, from Workshop Architecture as she leads a group discussion on the balance of ego and support as it relates to architecture and running a business. We will discuss this balance in terms of what we value, how we practice, the service we provide, and how we (and the media) define success in architectural practice.
