Real estate is like an unofficial sport in Canada. The media is obsessed with reporting its daily ups and downs, and everyone has an opinion and predictions on where it is headed. But what are the underlying factors driving the housing markets? And what is the outlook for major housing markets, such as the GTA? Is the Toronto housing market at a crossroads, a speed bump, or on the edge of a cliff? Jeanhy Shim will discuss the key trends in the multi-unit residential sector. The presentation will highlight the importance of market research in decision making and will support business leaders in shaping their strategy.
